Our Return/Exchange Policy
* Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase to any Living Lighting location in its original packaging with your receipt for an exchange or a full refund within 10 days.
Exceptions and Exclusions
* Any items being returned after the 10th day may be exchanged for another item of greater or equal value or an in store credit will be issued for the original amount. Please note that the credit will only be valid at the location it was issued at.
* All returned products must be returned in new and unused condition (including all accessories, packaging, instructions etc). Please note that if fixture wires have been cut, there will be a 20% rewiring fee. The rewiring fee may be waived for exchanges.
* Special Orders (non stock items) will be considered final sales unless otherwise authorized by the store manager at the time the order is taken. Special orders may be cancelled with 48 hours of of order placement without a cancellation fee. After 48 hours and before delivery, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
* Lampshades must still be wrapped in their original cellophane wrapping. A $5 re-wrapping fee will be charged for any shades returned unwrapped.
* All custom address plates are considered final sales.
